Getting Faysal DigiBank is an easy four steps self-activation process. Please visit the link https://mobit.faysalbank.com/Enroll.aspx to proceed for activation: Step 1: Agree to Terms & Conditions – Read all terms & conditions and check to agree. Then click continue to proceed to Step 2. Step 2: Registered Information – Please provide the required information registered with Faysal Bank, generate OTP and enter code received on your registered email address and mobile number, now click continue to proceed to Step 3 Step 3: Review your Accounts & Products – Please review all your accounts and products with Faysal Bank, set email and click continue to proceed to Step 4. Step 4: Specify login Information – Set your username, password and other mandatory information, enter code received on your registered email address and mobile number to complete signup process.

Q. What are the criteria for using Faysal DigiBank?

Below are the eligibility criteria to avail Faysal DigiBank:
1. All account holders/clients from both Conventional and Islamic banking segments are eligible for Internet Banking except for:
i. Joint Accounts with “AND” operating instructions
ii. Photo Accounts
2. Loan Facility and Credit Card holders.

Q. Is there any charges for the registration on Faysal DigiBank?

The registration is completely free of cost. However, charges may apply in future.

Q. What should I do if my contact details such as Mobile Number and E-mail Address are incorrect or not updated in bank’s record?

You will be required to make username and password of your choice at the time of registration.

No, you cannot change your username once created.

Yes, you can change the password any time by going into Settings>My Profile>Change Password.

You can generate FPIN by click “Generate FPIN” when making any financial transaction. You will receive FPIN on your mobile phone and email address.

Q. What is the use of Biller Management Option?

Through Biller Management, you can add/delete your bills easily and schedule one time or recurring payment instructions for instant timely payments.

Q. Can I delete or edit my schedule payment instructions?

Yes, you can delete, edit, pause or resume your schedule payment instructions.

Q. When does my Credit Card and BTF Payment reflect on Faysal DigiBank?

Your Credit Card and BTF payments reflect on next day of the payment instruction.

Q. Can I make a payment for other Credit Card customers of Faysal Bank?

Yes, you can make Payments for other Credit Card customers of Faysal Bank as well.

Q. How much time will it take for Stop Cheque Payment?

Stop Cheque Payment can be instantly done through Faysal DigiBank. If you receive any error message at the time of ‘Stop Cheque Payment’, call our 24/7 Call Center at 111 06 06 06 or inform your parent branch immediately.

Yes, you can enroll for e-Statement and stop the hard copy of account statement in “Self Service” menu or by clicking on “Discontinue Paper Statement”.

The bank never store or transmit your password unencrypted. On top of the 128-bit SSL encryption, your password is encrypted when transmitted from your computer to our server. Password is known only to you.

Q. What is a trusted device?

A trusted device is a device that you have recognized and named as trusted for Faysal DigiBank. We recognize all devices through cookies. Every time an unregistered device is used or cookies are refreshed you will be asked a security question to validate your identity before logging on the site. We don’t recommend adding devices on public networks as a trusted device.

Q. Can I access Faysal DigiBank on any PC?

Yes, Faysal DigiBank is accessible via any PC with internet access.
